The majority of our new clients would typically be taken through the following process...

OUR INITIAL MEETING
It's about you.
This is our opportunity to get to know each other.
While our first meeting primarily revolves around financial 'data collection’ we prefer to dig much deeper, exploring areas such as your short-medium term goals, your retirement aspirations, attitudes towards risk, and how you might like to eventually pass on your wealth to your family.Once we have a clearer picture, we'll be in a better position to determine whether we can meaningfully add-value to your current approach, and if so, explain the next steps in the planning process.
As initial fact-finding meetings are exploratory in nature, there are no fees for these meetings, and you are under no obligation to proceed with our services. -
STRATEGY
Work begins.
If you decide to engage us, we'll then begin the process of designing a personal financial plan (or ‘Statement of Advice’). Depending on the complexity of your affairs, constructing a written plan typically takes about 2-3 weeks to completion.
During this time, we may need to meet again to briefly discuss potential strategy or to clarify any outstanding issues. -
OUR SECOND MEETING
Plan presentation.
At our second meeting we’ll present our recommendations and provide you with the completed financial plan, taking you through your strategy from concept to implementation. This is a great opportunity to ask plenty of questions and make any necessary changes to the overarching strategy.
We go to great lengths to keep our financial plans, and all ongoing advice, as simple and transparent as possible. So by the end of the planning process, you'll have a full understanding of your current circumstances, and more importantly, a clear path forward. -
OUR THIRD MEETING
Implementation.
If you wish to proceed with some or all of our recommendations, we would then meet again to complete any necessary documentation, and clear-up any lingering issues or concerns you may have.

GOING FORWARD
Ongoing.
Beyond the implementation of your strategy, we'll meet at agreed intervals to benchmark progress against your stated objectives. And in the meantime, we'll keep you informed of any relevant changes and market developments on an ongoing basis.
