Mission Accomplished?

While for many, the notion that the Eurozone recession has ended and that all is well may sound a little like GW's poorly timed 'mission accomplished' declaration. Skepticism aside, while Greece and Italy are still deteriorating and Spain is on the ropes, other parts of Europe, namely Germany, are on the comeback trail.
